How long does setup take?
About a week. Two days of configuration, two days of testing with your team, and a soft launch on a separate forwarding number before we cut over.
What does it integrate with?
Google Calendar, Outlook, most major EHR/EMR systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Practo, ClinicEasy). If it has an API or a Zapier connector, we can wire it up.
Does it sound like a robot?

What if it gets something wrong?
It's instructed to transfer to a human for anything it isn't 100% confident about. You set the threshold. We also send you a daily digest of every call so you can audit.
Languages?
English by default. Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Spanish available on request — quote on request as we tune voices and prompts per language.
What about HIPAA / data residency?
Scoped per engagement. For Indian clinics we typically host data in Mumbai (Supabase / AWS ap-south-1). For US clients with HIPAA needs we use a BAA-covered stack (Twilio + AWS).
